How departments relate

Presentation, application & infrastructure

Software Engineering focuses on the application and presentation layers students design directly — interfaces and the logic behind them. Information Technology maintains the infrastructure layer beneath every program: networks, servers and databases. Cyber Security sits across both, testing and defending what the other two departments build. Computer Engineering and Telecommunications & Networking extend that infrastructure down to the physical hardware and signal layer beneath it all.
